Silent Scars

Silent scars is an interactive fiction game that explores the emotional and psychological aftermath faced by women after experiencing sexual harassment. Through an intimate and visually-driven narrative, the game delves deep into the complexities of trauma, offering players an empathetic and immersive experience.

The story follows the journey of a woman as she grapples with the long-term effects of harassment, moving through phases of anxiety, fear, and healing. Players will navigate through her inner world using a touch-to-play mechanic, making decisions that reveal her struggles, her moments of silence, and the subtle ways in which trauma reshapes her life.

Visually, the game uses metaphors to represent emotional states—shattered environments, dark corners, and fractured mirrors symbolize her mental state, while moments of light and color emerge as she begins to heal. 

This emotionally charged experience aims to raise awareness about the impact of harassment and foster empathy through interactive storytelling.
